To all I must say I agree that personal responsibility has gone totally out the window. You almost have to be psychic to know all the CRAP that someone brings with them to the bar. For instance how much cocaine did they do in between bars, what medications are they taking, how they haven't slept all night so 2 drinks and they are gone, they have anger issues etc. etc.

The liability totally sits on our shoulders. I have seen it happen here in Texas....the TABC comes in starts…
